Performance Appraisals Due in July  

As we head into the summer, the Human Resources team wants to inform supervisors that performance appraisals for university staff employees are due on Monday, July 31. The appraisals must be submitted to HR for employees to be considered for any potential merit pay increases that may occur in the 2023–2024 academic year.

A new appraisal form is available by clicking here and selecting the Performance Development & Management Tool link near the bottom of the page. Training for supervisors using this form is ongoing. Click here to sign up for the next training opportunity. Use of the new form developed by the HR team is not mandatory but highly encouraged. Forms are electronically submitted to HR. For classified staff, supervisors must use the system-mandated forms and submit them to HR by Sept. 29. Faculty appraisals are on an academic schedule and not due until Oct. 1.
