National First-Generation Student Week is Nov. 8 – 12, 2021. We are so proud to support CU Denver’s first-generation students, who demonstrate perseverance, courage, and unwavering momentum. Being the first in a family to earn a college degree has the possibility to impact the perspectives, efforts, and goals of an immediate and extended family, and a community.
If you are a first-generation student at CU Denver, below you will find all the ways you can get involved during First-Generation Week. As part of our celebration, we are giving away four $500 scholarships. Each event you attend will put your name into the scholarship giveaway drawing. Increase your chances of receiving a scholarship by participating in more than one event!
