Nobel at Noon series spotlights 2019 Nobel Prize winners

October 21, 2019

Mark your calendar: CU Denver’s Nobel at Noon returns this month. The weekly lunch series spotlights each 2019 Nobel Prize winner in an informal presentation and discussion format, led by CU Denver faculty. Presenters discuss the meaning, details, and importance of the Nobel Prize while drawing the audience into a discussion about why this award matters to society as a whole. All presentations—except for the one noted—start at noon at the Student Commons Building, 1201 Larimer Street, in the Wartgow Room.

Held on Thursdays each week and open to the public, the Nobel at Noon series is sponsored by the CU Denver Office of Research Services. See below for dates, presenters and topics covered in this year’s series.
