Research by CU Denver Students on Display at the 27th Annual Research and Creative Activities Symposium

April 30, 2024

Each spring, CU Denver’s community celebrates student research at the annual Research and Creative Activities Symposium (RaCAS). This event provides an opportunity for students to present their faculty-mentored research, creative, and other scholarly activities to the university community.

The students gain valuable hands-on experience in presenting, explaining, and defending their research to a broad audience. And the community benefits by learning more about the wide variety of topics and issues that CU Denver students are dedicated to studying and, ultimately, solving.

This year’s event, on April 26, was no different and brought together the Lynx community to honor the impact of research and student work at CU Denver. It featured more than 180 projects and 220 student presenters. Nearly 60 members of the CU Denver, CU Anschutz, and greater Denver community served as reviewers.
